Taking Charge of Your Mental Stability (Manna Nuggets)
Psalm 118:22 says the stone which the builders refused has become the head stone of the corner.
The scripture we just read says the builders rejected the stone but that stone later became the head. People rejected Him, but because He is in charge of Himself, He prevailed (Isa 28:16). God cannot use a depleted person because being depleted is conceding defeat. Nothing happens on its own. Even though Lucifer is defeated, he is still wreaking havoc because of so much boldness from mental strength. He is de-feet-ed. That means he is under our feet, but he is down there and still dragging people down with him because he does not want to concede to failure. That is why the second coming is to completely incarcerate and annihilate him—Rev 20.
Failure is not real. So it is not falling that matters. Not even how many times we fall matters, but our willingness to get up. It is better to try and fail, and learn than to not try and to not learn at all. The first coming came to lay the foundation for this because whatever God will do for man, man will be part of. You have to be part of that journey. You have to be a partner with God on that journey. The distraction that makes people abandon themselves and look for things is what satan depends on to steal their lives.
